The RTA Taekwondo team is proud to be a member of the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA), the sole recognized National Sports Authority (NSA) for Taekwondo in the Philippines. There are no other official Taekwondo organizations in the country.
If you have big dreams in Taekwondo, choose a PTA-certified teamโit's the safest path to proper training and success.
Be cautious of individuals or groups promising Olympic dreams or guaranteed spots on the national team; always verify their credentials.
The PTA will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026, showing its long-standing stability and credibility in developing Filipino athletes.
