As our Cauayan City Volleyball Boys Secondary Team steps onto the court for CAVRAA 2026, they carry more than just their uniforms—they carry the pride of our city, the support of their families, and the dreams they’ve worked so hard for.

Hindi naging madali ang kanilang paghahanda—pagod, sakripisyo, at walang sawang ensayo. Pero sa kabila ng lahat, pinili nilang lumaban para sa Cauayan.

Effort Highlights Strength of Volleyball Program with First Runner-Up Finish

Cauayan City, Isabela – January 24, 2026 – City High Ace showcased the depth and excellence of City High’s volleyball program with a remarkable team performance at the 3rd Forest Region Invitational Volleyball League held at Baculod Community Center, Barangay Baculod, finishing as First Runner-Up in a highly competitive field.

The team’s success reflected cohesive teamwork, discipline, and strategic play, with every player contributing crucial points, blocks, and defensive stops throughout the tournament. Leading the squad was former City High alumnus Vinple Pabon, whose standout performance earned his both Tournament MVP and 1st Best Outside Hitter honors, inspiring teammates and showcasing the enduring talent that City High continues to produce.

City High Blaze also made a strong impression with their spirited participation, demonstrating the program’s ability to nurture competitive and resilient athletes across its teams.

The impressive showings of both Ace and Blaze highlight City High’s volleyball program as a rising powerhouse, proving that a combination of skill, teamwork, and dedication continues to bring success to the school’s athletes.

Good luck, Lance! Seeing you reach NCAA Season 101 as a rookie is something City High will always be proud of. We saw the work you put in—the long practices, the quiet sacrifices, the days you chose discipline over comfort. This moment didn’t come easy, and you earned every bit of it.
