Global Customer Service Specialist and ESL tutor

I worked in the BPO industry for around three years on a US Healthcare account. While I also have some Korean, Thai, and Taiwanese students in my class, the majority of my students are from Japan. Additionally, I have an Order Management experience for a global Chemical Supplier where I was given Australian clients. My current employer is an Information Technology (IT) Greek-based provider of maritime intelligence data.
