Meet Dwaine. As a full-time Dad working in tech, he spent most of his days behind a screen. He knew he needed a change to stay active and healthy, so he stepped onto the mats.

For over a year now, Dwaine has been training weekly with Coach Jayson, balancing Judo with BJJ and Karate. What started as a way to combat a sedentary lifestyle has turned into a competitive passion as he’s already competed in numerous tournaments!🏅
