Please be informed that there will be no practice/training sessions this week as Coach Elmer will be taking time to rest and recover. He will also be attending a wedding ceremony this weekend. Recently, Coach Elmer was brought to the emergency room, so rest is necessary for his recovery.

Thank you for your understanding, and please continue to stay active and disciplined. Practice will resume soon.
