The safety and well-being of all students and teachers is always our top priority.

Following Gov. Gwen Garcia's press conference and for the safety of all, we have decided to cancel all of Move's group classes for the time being.
.
We are offering to provide personal online programming and home private sessions to those who wish to maintain their training and practice. Please send the page a DM if you wish to avail of this service or if you are interested to learn more.
