𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗻.

Because the truth is, not everyone who comes close has the same intentions.

Some people will appear supportive, but they’re only there to observe, learn, and absorb what you carry... your knowledge, your discipline, your wisdom, your energy, and your vision, hoping to borrow what you have so they can create the same results.

And if that happens, learn the wisdom to recognize it and move forward.

Don’t spend your energy being consumed by resentment. Don’t allow people who took from you to continue taking your peace.

Life is not always fair, but we also don’t have to tolerate being treated unfairly.

Heal. Learn. Focus on God's promise.

Execute what God has been asking you to do.

Continue to be excited about where your obedience and surrender to God’s plan will take you. Focus on His promises. That is your advantage.

Because when God is the One who called you, you don’t have to compete, prove yourself, or be distracted by people who were never meant to walk with you in the next season.

𝑵𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒂𝒉 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.

While rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, people tried to distract him, criticize him, and pull him away from his assignment. But he stayed focused.

“𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒖𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔. 𝑾𝒆 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈.”
Nehemiah 2:20

And when they tried again to stop him, he answered:

Nehemiah 6:3

That’s the posture.

Unbothered. Focused. Obedient.

Don’t use your energy hating the people who disappointed you. Don’t waste your time regretting why you allowed them into your life.

People are imperfect. Everyone is trying to survive, grow, and figure things out.

Forgive. Create boundaries. Move wisely. Focus on your energy plowing towards the vision and promise.

Don’t burn bridges out of pain. Life has a way of bringing people back around, some will circle back, some will circle out.

But your assignment remains the same:

Protect your peace. Protect your purpose. Focus on the assignment. Keep building.

𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪.

𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝.

When I was younger, I remember crying & praying hard, spending 24/7 for my generation. I witnessed my batchmates pray together at dawn prayers and late-night prayer meetings. We would get scolded for going home late, because we loved every Christian Youth Night. In schools, evangelism was rampant. Classroom to classroom, club to club.

Indeed, those prayers were not in vain. Most of the leaders in the church now are from the Millennial generation. Revival was and is evident.

My heart bleeds for the younger generations; I saw less of that now. I rarely see that zeal and joy now. Meron pa, pero konti nalang. The last time I preached to the Gen Z Alpha crowd, I was so surprised konti nalang sila! Deep inside, I was so disturbed that with a big church like us, around 100+ lang ang active Christian youth.

With what's happening now, I exhort my younger Generations who are Christians: Please pray with anguish for your co-generations. Empower yourselves in the Spirit. Get help and get discipled in churches. The world is getting evil. We can help you, but iba talaga ang kabig ng peer-to-peer evangelism & camaraderie.

For every tired, overworked, and overfunctioning woman in a season where you feel like you’re not allowed to rest; carrying responsibilities too much for you to carry:

Remember:
1. Stop worrying. Breathe. Accept that life is not always fair, but God is always faithful.
2. Choose what you can do today. Small progress is still progress. Celebrate every win, no matter how small.
3. Release what you cannot control and leave the rest in God’s hands.

Because I believe we are not meant to just survive life. We are meant to rise, build, lead, and become who God created us to be.

May we find & be surrounded with the right people:
those who genuinely support us, care for us, love us, and remind us that we were never meant to walk alone.

And may we experience God’s goodness in ways that make us say:

“Lord, You truly saw me.” 🤍

Matthew 22
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment.

As for business and career, this is our compass:
Matthew 22
39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
