Edjelo Olario Lim of Crusade for winning Executive of the Year after leading two teams to back-to-back finals appearances:

Season 3 - brought Bomb Squad to the Finals after being just the 5th seed and playing with a decimated lineup. Most importantly, he created a special friendship and brotherhood between the players that will last forever.

Season 4 - brought Crusade to the Finals after being the sixth seed (bottom seed). He carried the team to an exciting semifinals win over Game Breakers in triple overtime.
