One of the biggest game changers in Padel comes when you become confident using the glass.

Using the glass is a combination of reading the ball’s trajectory, moving on time, and developing the right timing to reach the ball in the best possible way.

Training only with repetitive drills where you already know where the ball is coming from doesn’t fully prepare you. At the same time, playing only competitive matches without focused practice won’t solve it either.

Real progress happens when you find the right balance:
understanding the concept, practicing with intention, allowing yourself to fail, and noticing your improvement over time.

If you feel stuck or not confident using the glass, you probably just need clearer concepts, know better what you do and the right environment to build that confidence.
