Reminders for those who are joining the Silangan Duyan Fest 2018:

1. Assembly TIME at Cebu South Bust Terminal is between 4 and 4:30 AM in the morning. Someone will be waiting for the attendees to arrive so that we will go together on the same bus schedule to Looc, Oslob. WE will be taking the 5AM Ceres Bus Trip [Bato - Oslob Route] or any route that is Oslob - Santander.

2. WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATECOMERS. Those who will arrive beyond 5AM will need to catch the next trip to Looc, Oslon and remind the driver to drop you off at Looc before LAGNASON BRIDGE /In from the junction of MWR. Call up Sir Jay Ar at 0977 216 6606 if you CANNOT MAKE IT at the 4 AM call time. Most importantly, notify Jeane at 0977 622 0578 if YOU ARE AT THE TERMINAL so that we can do initial head count.

3. REGISTRATION is at 8 AM and closes at 10 AM. Those who will catch up must arrive at the venue before 10AM. Plenaries START EXACTLY At 10 AM.TIME IS GOLD.

4. PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:
Things to bring:
- Hammocks
- Tarps
- Mess Kit [FOOD CONTAINER, OWN SET OF CUTLERY, TISSUE]
- Extra Clothes
- Water for hydration (at least 3 LITERS). BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE. NO plastic cups on site.
- Food for 4 meals [breakfast and lunch day 1 and Lunch for day 2]
- Garbage bags --- MUST HAVE.
- toiletry kits
- medical/first aid kits
- extra money for emergency
- light source [head lamps]
- cookset/ burner/ fuel
- personal effects [Camera/GoPro, mobile phones, powerbanks]

5. TRANSPORTATION not included.

6. Pack IN Pack OUT rule applies.

7. Limit ALCOHOL Intake on SITE. BE RESPONSIBLE on your own bottles.

It has come to our notice that attendees had the tendency to change the options or the fields that needs to be filled out in the google form for the registration of Silangan Duyan Fest. Please be advised that you are not allowed to change anything on the google FORM. There is a space for you to provide your answer. See images below.

Questions? FEEL FREE TO ASK US via Messenger or Text. The confirmation message [last photo] will tell the attendee that the registration pushed through. BUT, it is not a guarantee that you have been COUNTED not unless WE RECEIVE your deposit slip / remittance slip.
