Francis Bren Terceno Costillas , our PHILDR longest achiever of 342K race (Manila to Daet) last 2018 just celebrated and finished 2020 Cebu Marathon yesterday with his silvery and grandiose Sinulog costume. It’s a wow isn’t it? Congratulations! We are so proud of you.
