Community makes all the difference. Thanks to our friends at Icons and Generations, our children and young people spent the afternoon making happy memories and fully experiencing the joy and spirit of Father's Day at SM Jmall!

The toy exhibits and cosplay contests were fun, but the real highlight was watching them discover new interests, spark their imaginations, and dream a little bigger with every smile.

But outings like this do more than just entertain. They give our youngsters a real sense of belonging and the confidence to explore the world around them. Every new experience helps shape how they see their community.

ROJAN’S STORY: HOW ONE YOUNG LEADER IS SHAPING HIS FUTURE AND INSPIRING OTHERS

Rojan’s passion for travel and culture led him to pursue Tourism Management, a career inspired by his Kuya Roque, who worked in the cruise industry. Though it wasn’t his initial choice, Rojan quickly realized this path aligned perfectly with his dreams of exploring the world.

What sets Rojan apart, however, is not just his academic and career goals, but the inspiring voice he has become for others. As a student leader, Rojan’s words and actions resonate deeply with his peers.

Learning math and art is very fun, with new ideas all the time 🎶. It was even more special to share that joy with our Union Bank of the Philippines family during their recent visit to the village. Their presence truly brought to life their intentional program of going above and beyond for the communities they serve.

Beyond the engaging one-on-one math tutorials and creative art expression activities, the day was filled with energy as we sang, danced, and showed them around our different village facilities. A truly unforgettable moment was hearing the angelic voice of one of our Aunties from Union Bank. It honestly felt like we had stepped right into a beautiful musical!

The highlight of our morning, however, was the official turnover of their generous uniform donations, a deeply meaningful gift that will continue to uplift the children and youth in our care.

Moments like these remind us of the beautiful impact of shared kindness and collaboration. We warmly invite other organizations, groups, and passionate individuals to join us in making a difference.
