Congratulations to the very first batch of graduates from our pilot 8-Week Ecological Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Beginners Program. These students stepped on the mats as complete beginners and finished the program with a deeper understanding of the concepts, timing, and problem-solving that make Jiu Jitsu work.

Through the ecological (constraints-led) approach, our beginners didn’t just memorize moves. They learned how to read situations, adapt, and find solutions in live training — the same skills that make Jiu Jitsu effective in both sport and real life.
