Excellence in Motion: Caleb–Barili 2-Day In-House Training (October 30–31, 2025)!
Two days filled with learning, discipline, and teamwork brought out the best in our Caleb Taekwondo Jins during their in-house training at Caleb–Barili! 🥋
Day 1: Poomsae Mastery
Under the guidance of our Head Instructor Coach Renante “Rey” Andrade, participants discovered the art and beauty of Poomsae, focusing on five core elements:
✅ Range of Motion (ROM) – understanding the start, pathway, and finish of each technique
✅ Speed & Power – combining precision with strength
✅ Pre-Step Coordination – moving and ending as one
✅ Rotation – enhancing balance and technique
✅ Control – executing with discipline and poise
Day 2: Kyorugi Techniques (Anticipation)
The second day honed their front leg kicking skills — side kick, roundhouse, and axe kick — building timing, speed, and anticipation for sparring.
After two days of intense training, our Jins enjoyed a fun and refreshing side trip at Fats Aqua Park, celebrating their effort with swimming, diving, and laughter! 🌊🏊♂️
We are proud of our Caleb Jins for their continuous growth, dedication, and fighting spirit. Keep striving for excellence — on and off the mat! 💙
