We lost someone who didn’t just attend Barefoot & Sandal Roadfest 2025… he brought life to it.

Master Boil Abellon Labuca, you made the very first BSRF the most fun, the most colorful, and the most unforgettable. Your energy was contagious. Your presence alone could make people smile. You weren’t just part of the event — you were part of its spirit.

From the laughter, the hype, the moments you created — you helped shape what BSRF became. And for that, we will always be grateful.

Thank you for believing in the first ever Barefoot & Sandal Roadfest. Thank you for showing up with your full heart. Thank you for reminding us that running is not just about distance, but about joy, community, and connection.

This coming Saturday, October 4, 2025, the Cebu running community will unite for a Community Run + Donation Drive to support the victims of the 2025 Cebu Earthquake. 🙏

📍 Tapulan Runners Cebu will be spearheading the CBP Group at Camiguin Road (back of Tech Tower). Assembly time is 4:30 AM. We invite everyone to join us—bring your donations and run 5km for a cause. 💪🧡

✨ Mandaue City Heritage Park – spearheaded by MRG Runners, 4:30 AM
✨ Front of K&L/Cebuano, Naga – spearheaded by Mangtas Runners & Amity Runners, 4:00 AM
