🐲💖 Sunday Paddle Session with the Pink Dragons
Grateful for another day on the water and even more grateful for the incredible team.
Behind every stroke is a paddle who encourages, supports, and inspires. Together, we celebrate progress, overcome challenges, and remind each other that we are stronger when we move as one.
Thank you to this amazing Pink Dragons family for showing up, giving your best, and making every training session meaningful. The strength of our boat comes not from a single paddler, but from the hearts of everyone in it.

Saturday Training Done! 🚣♀️💗💪
Today was all about building endurance, teamwork, and mental strength. We challenged ourselves by attempting to move the entire boat with only two paddlers powering it forward—a simple exercise that quickly became a true test of patience, technique, and capacity.
Every stroke reminded us that dragon boating is not just about strength, but also about trust, perseverance, and working together toward a common goal.
A heartfelt thank you to our coach for the guidance, patience, and belief in our potential, and to our fellow paddlers for the constant support, encouragement, and positive energy throughout the session.
Together, we continue to grow stronger—one paddle at a time.
