Hello, pickleball fam! To make sure everyone has a safe, fair, and incredibly fun time on the courts, we are officially rolling out our Terms and Conditions.

By booking a court and playing at our facility, you agree to the following guidelines. Please read through them carefully before securing your next game! 👇

💳 1. Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Payment First Policy: All court slots must be paid in full upfront. Your reservation is only officially confirmed once we receive and verify your payment. No holds!

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable: Because court time is in high demand, all confirmed bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or allow cancellations.

Force Majeure Exception: The only exception to our no-refund/no-cancellation rule is in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control (e.g., severe weather, typhoons, or emergency facility closures). In these rare cases, we will gladly help you reschedule your game.

⏱️ 2. Time Management & No-Shows
Respect the Clock: Your booked time includes your warm-up and cool-down. If you start late, your session still ends at the scheduled time to respect the players booked after you.

🛡️ 3. Safety & Liability (Play at Your Own Risk)
Assumption of Risk: Pickleball is an active sport! By stepping onto the court, players acknowledge the physical nature of the game and assume all risks of injury. EBoss Pickleball Court is not liable for any personal injuries or medical incidents that occur on the premises.

Personal Property: Please keep an eye on your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the facility.

🤝 4. Facility Care & Code of Conduct
Respect the Gear: We take pride in keeping our courts top-notch! Players will be held financially responsible for any intentional damage or reckless behavior that damages the court surface, nets, or rental equipment.

Good Vibes Only: We are all here to have fun! Aggressive behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failure to follow facility rules will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave the premises (without a refund) to protect the peace of our community.
