Before they become swimmers, they get to be kids. ๐ค๐โค๏ธ
A few minutes before training starts, theyโre running, laughing, and playing tag.
No stopwatches.
No race times.
Just pure childhood.
I always remind myself that they wonโt be little forever.
The laps, the races, and the medals are important, but so is protecting the joy of their childhood.
Iโm just grateful I get to witness bothโthe kid they are today and the swimmer theyโre becoming. ๐โโ๏ธ๐

Every training is more than just swimming. ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐ช
From land drills to pool sessions, bawat pagod may kasamang tawa, bawat challenge may bagong natututunan, at bawat training may memories na mababaon nila habang buhay.
Hindi lang kami nagbu-build ng stronger swimmersโweโre building confident, disciplined, and happy kids. Sana paglaki nila, maalala nila ang mga tawanan, kulitan, high-fives, at lahat ng moments na sabay naming pinagdaanan sa training.
Kasi balang araw, medals may fade, records may be broken, pero ang masasayang alaala at lessons from the pool will stay with them forever. ๐
Train hard. Have fun. Make memories. Thatโs what AMSS is all about. โจ
