A Resolution formally requires all internally appointed officers of student organizations to carry the designation "Officer-in-Charge (OIC)" preceding their respective positions. This policy seeks to preserve the distinction between elected, appointed, and internally appointed officers, while promoting transparency, accountability, and the integrity of the University's electoral and appointment systems. The designation "OIC" shall appear in all official documents, records, publicity materials, and communications concerning internally appointed officers. This Resolution shall apply to the Supreme Student Council (SSC), Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Local Student Councils (LSCs), and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).
