Last July 12, the Toughguys Ministry had the opportunity to showcase basic martial arts techniques during Berks Jam: 16th Year Youth Anniversary.🥋

The demonstration featured self-defense fundamentals, discipline in action, and exciting breaking exhibitions—including breaking bricks and a baseball bat. 👊
More than a display of strength, it was a reminder that true power comes from discipline, perseverance, and faith. 🌱
