Last hard training with coach Alex Asio Jr.

When coach Norman Arenas went to Middle East to work, Alex replaced him as my pad holder.

Coach Norman tought him well, Alex turned out to be a very good pad holder. He was my pad holder when I prepared for Paulie.

7 for days and we dance under those lights again.

Tapos deresto kami bulalo after.

Combat sports is a team sport. No fighter is an island.

I advise all my fighters not to put their wife in the corner or any family member. Unless your wife is as crazy as mine.

My family is founded in violence and toughness. 😅😂

Imagine what kind of women my children will turn out to be.
