Kwento ko lang kinikilig ako pag nababago talaga buhay ng mga client ko eh.
Hindi habang buhay naka-deficit.
Akala kasi ng iba lifestyle ang calorie deficit! Sige ang diet hangat di tumatagos sa pader hindi titigil. G_g_ ka ba?
The goal is build a lifestyle na kaya mong panindigan long term.
After months of consistency, discipline, workouts, at tamang nutrition… Eto na si maam! Aawra with her confidence! And kasabay ng vacation break nya ay diet break din!
At hindi ibig sabihin nun “back to zero” na agad.
The best transformations happen when marunong kang mag-switch between:
🔥 Fat loss phase
🍽️ Maintenance / diet break
💪 Building sustainable habits
Kaya importante ang tamang protocols sa weight loss.
Hindi kailangan perfect. Ang kailangan mo ay consistency na kaya mong gawin habang buhay.
Kaya nakakatuwa makarinig ng “Akala nila Ozempic.” 😂
Pero ang hindi nila nakita… yung workouts, sacrifices, discipline, at araw-araw na pagpili na maging healthy ni Ma'am!
