3 hours ingress.
30 minutes rehearsal.
Then, showtime.
That was the situation we were given yesterday.
When you’re bringing in an entire event production—LED, lights, sounds, stage, cameras, technical setup, testing and coordination—three hours can disappear quickly.
Then you only have 30 minutes to rehearse everything.
But events taught us something:
Hindi lahat nasusunod sa plano.
May biglang pagbabago.
May technical challenges.
May kulang sa oras.
May mga problemang kailangan mong solusyunan right there and then.
And yesterday, we realized what 144 events really means.
144 events is not just a number for our portfolio.
It’s 144 times we showed up.
144 different experiences.
144 opportunities to make mistakes, learn, adjust, solve problems, and become better.
Some events taught us what to do.
Some taught us what not to do.
Some stretched us.
Some humbled us.
And some forced us to become better than we were yesterday.
So when the clock was against us, there was no time to overthink.
Assess. Decide. Adjust. Execute.
And when something went wrong, the question wasn’t:
“Sino ang may kasalanan?”
It was:
“Paano natin ’to masosolve?”
That’s when you understand what a client is really paying for.
Not just the LED wall.
Not just the lights.
Not just the sounds.
Not just the stage.
And definitely not just the beautification.
They’re paying for the experience behind everything they see.
The preparation.
The decisions.
The problem-solving.
The people who know how to adjust when things don’t go according to plan.
The team working behind the scenes so the people in front can simply enjoy the experience.
And behind those 144 events is a story that means even more to us.
Our people.
The ones who arrive early and go home late.
The ones carrying equipment, running cables, operating backstage, coordinating, troubleshooting, and doing the things that will probably never appear in the final photos.
The ones who learned to stop asking,
“Trabaho ko ba ’yan?”
and started asking,
“Ano pa ang kailangan para matapos natin ’to?”
Because somewhere along the way, this stopped being just about building events.
We’re building people, too.
Because these people aren’t simply helping us build our dream.
Kasabay namin silang mangarap.
Para sa sarili nila.
Para sa pamilya nila.
Para sa kung ano pa ang kaya nilang maging.
And maybe years from now, we won’t remember every LED wall we installed, every stage we built, or every technical problem we solved.
But we’ll remember the people we became along the way.
144 events later…
Malayo pa.
Marami pa kaming kailangang matutunan.
Marami pang challenges na haharapin.
Marami pang pangarap na gustong abutin.
But when we look at our team today and remember where we started—
Pwede pala.
Pwede palang magsimula sa maliit.
Pwede palang matuto habang ginagawa.
Pwede palang bumangon pagkatapos magkamali.
Pwede palang mangarap nang mas malaki.
And the best part?
Hindi na kami nangangarap nang mag-isa.
Kasabay namin sila.
Kasabay namin ang team.
Sama-sama kaming nangangarap.
Sama-sama kaming natututo.
Sama-sama kaming umaangat.
144 events and counting.
