AGENCY PROFILE

I. BRIEF HISTORY

BISDA SECURITY GENCY is a single proprietorship entity organized to answer the increasing need of a professional SECURITY SERVICES.

The company extends services to all clientele such as residential houses, office building, subdivision, hotels restaurants, factories, realty companies, government institutions and other establishments.

The company provided facilities like communication system, service vehicles
and other security equipments and accessories.

With the expertise of its technical staff, the company further expanded into provincial assignment. All these were maintained by the constant training of duly licensed, highly honest, competent and efficient security officers and security guards.

II. OBJECTIVE

The main objective of BISDA SECURITY AGENCY, is to render effective and efficient security service through disciplined and competent security as well as a responsible entity.

III. ORGANIZATION

BISDA SECURITY AGENCY is a single proprietorship and a duly licensed to operate pursuant to the provisions of RA 5487, as amended, and a bonafide member of the PHILIPPINES ASSOCIATION OF DETECTIVE AND PROTECTIVE AGENCY OPERATORS (PADPAO).

A. SERVICE COMPONENTS:

Striving to pursue a strong of mutual assistance, cooperation benefits and interest in a partnership between the agency and the clients, a sound security organization is establish where both can play and work together to achieve an efficient delivery of security services from the agency to the clients.

These services reflect Management’s awareness of the need of legal and technical services, and likewise a demonstration of our deep concern for our welfare and well being. As a provider of security services to clients, training is an important of the organization to ensure conscientious employees and upliftment of manpower competency and administrative efficiency needs of the clients.

B. THE TRAINING OBJECTIVE ARE AS FOLLOWS

1. To upgrade the discipline, competence and efficiency of the administrative and security operations personnel.
2. To train and update the security operations on the importance of
National and Local Security needs; and
3. To upgrade the skills, improve attitude and update knowledge of
supervisors at all organizational levels through supervisory development programs.

C. THE AGENCY CONDUCT REGULAR IN HOUSE TRAINING
PROGRAM AS FOLLOWS:

1. Orientation Program
2. In Service Training or Re-Training Program as follows:

a) Supervisor Development
b) Security Guard Refresher Course
c) Productivity Improvement Course
d) Attitude Building Course

3. Outside of Agency Training

Officials are sent to participate in convention, seminars and conference conducted by other agencies and recognized organizations.

Further, the Agency undertake regular detachment and general
formations is composed of general meeting of all company policies and instructions are relayed to the security guards as well as the discussion of the GENERAL ORDER CODE OF ETHICS and CODE OF CONDUCT and of any now development instructions, and requirements from PADPAO, CIVIL SECURITY COMMAND(CIVISCOM) and LABOR.

Regular, detachment formation is conducted monthly (sometimes weekly and semimonthly for some detachment) and is attended only by security officers and security guards of the detachment as weel as security measures and instructions of their respective client’s Detachment Formation is attended by either security officers and security guards posted in just one clients or a group of security officers and security guards from various clients strategically located in one area.

D. GENERAL POLICIES AND STANDARD PROCEDURES

The AGENCY renders security detective and Investigation services to its CLIENTELE in accordance with the prescribed laws, such as:

1. Proper Recruitment and Screening Process of Employment, to wit:

a) Interview
b) Oral and Written Examination
c) Application of Supervisory Test for Supervisory Officer
d) Physical and Medical Examination
e) Actual Neuro (NP) Examination

2. The Security Officers and Security Guards recruited shall possess the following minimum requirements of the AGENCY:

a) Filipino Citizen
b) High School graduate, but priority and preference is extended to those who completed second year college/university. College graduate and retired military personnel possessing all the qualifications above enumerated are likewise being given preference.
c) 21 years old, but not more than 45 years of age
d) At least 5’5 in height
e) Minimum weight of 60 kg. (130 lbs.)
f) Good moral character
g) Licensed by the PNPSOSIA
h) Physically, Mentally and Emotionally fit

3. The operations officers as well as two (2) full time inspectors who conduct routine and unannounced spot inspections are on hand to ensure discipline and adherence to the rules and regulations of the security officers and security guards.

4. Professional conduct during tour of duty, emphasizes courtesy, salutary greetings acting with decorum, good personal appearance, prompts service, good manners respect to client’s officers and employees, visitors and public with proper and tactful implementation of orders, rules and regulations of both clients and agency.

5. Flow of communication collecting and reporting informations to enable agency officials complete records and reports.
