You can't control everything, but you can choose to be happy.

Make your Monday a Powerful One.

So much leadership advice keeps saying, “Leaders need to motivate their people.”

Really? Then answer this:

- If motivation works, why do so many people need the same pep talk every Monday?
- If motivation works, why do engagement scores fall back to average within weeks of a big rally?
- If motivation works, why do so many “motivated” teams still underperform?

Here’s the fact nobody wants to say:
Motivation is a drug. It gives you a high for a moment, but it wears off. And like any drug, it creates dependence.

Real leadership isn’t about pumping people up to squeeze more from them.

That’s manipulation.

Real leadership is about getting the best for them. That’s influence.

And influence doesn’t fade by Monday morning.

Clear vision

has two main meanings:

1. In a literal, physical sense, it means the ability to see and perceive objects sharply and without distortion, like a healthy eye focusing light on the retina. Be Intentional to have one para “dili ka madagma”.

2. In a figurative or metaphorical sense, it means having a well-defined, distinct, and easily understandable goal or mental picture of the future, allowing one to articulate their aspirations and the steps needed to achieve them. Be Intentional to have one para “hayag ang kaugmaon”.

Be Intentional to have a CLEAR VISION.

Vote Wisely!

Seeing you yesterday Boss Ren reminds me the 10-day journey I have 6yrs ago to seek God's direction and also reminded the verse in the bible:

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose.. Romans 8:28

Sometimes the negative situation will lead us to a bigger purpose.

Never underestimate the negative situation all we need is to seek God in all situations.

The best "energy drink" is 3 liters of water.
The best "focus drug" is 8 hours of sleep.
The best "antidepressant" is 45 minutes of exercise and a PRAYER.
