Strong teaching starts with teachers who keep training. 💜
On September 7, 2026, we held our latest Instructor Excellence Series (IES) session, with Teach Arbie facilitating a teachers’ training on Aerial Silk.
Teach Arbie demonstrated and explained the flow before each teacher had the opportunity to practice and perform it. Beyond learning the sequence, the session gave our instructors space to study the details, ask questions, and consider how each part can be taught clearly and safely.
Sessions like this remind us that instructors remain students, too. By continuing to learn from one another, our teachers bring more intention, confidence, and care into every Baila class.

Aero Baila Movement and Fitness, Inc. is a pole, aerial, and dance studio in Davao City, located on 2F Plaza de Bole, F. Torres Street, in the same compound as PickUp Coffee and in front of Buffet52 Korean Restaurant.
