Diagnosed with severe steatosis (severe fatty liver) on April 5, 2023, and continuing until June 4, 2025, while also dealing with high blood pressure, my client, Davao City 2nd District Councilor Al Ryan Alejandre, started his fitness journey with me on June 10, 2025, with full commitment to changing his lifestyle.

Starting at 93.3 kg, he did what needed to be done β€” no shortcuts. Staying true to the belief that there are no shortcuts to hard work, which leads to effectiveness. You must stay disciplined because most of the work happens behind the scenes.

By training consistently three times a week, strictly monitoring his daily caloric intake and macros, and maintaining a caloric deficit while hitting the right percentages of macronutrients, he achieved an efficient body transformation while minimizing muscle loss during weight loss.

Three months of consistency, at a moderate and sustainable rate of 0.5–1 kg per week, led to a total weight loss of 13.5kg. He now weighs 79.8 kg, and his lifestyle is on point. His severe fatty liver and high blood pressure are gone. He has become a better version of himself β€” and we’re just getting started.
