SUGAR IS NOT ALWAYS BAD when it comes to exercise performance

There is a proper way and a proper time of consuming it. Skipping simple carbs that are fast digesting and fast absorbing or consuming zero calorie/zero sugar electrolyte drinks might be an inappropriate sports nutrition strategy that is compromising your exercise performance.
