Tolentino Grateful for Alas Pilipinas SEA Games Pool Nod, Keeps Focus on Choco Mucho

Choco Mucho star Kat Tolentino expressed her gratitude for being invited to join the Alas Pilipinas Women pool for the upcoming 2025 SEA Games in Bangkok, Thailand.

Despite the honor, the 6-foot-1 opposite hitter stressed that her inclusion is "not guaranteed yet" and her primary attention is fixed on her current club duties with the Flying Titans in the PVL Reinforced Conference. "I'm still focusing right now on PVL," Tolentino stated.

Tolentino is notably returning to peak form after successfully managing a series of past injuries. While committed to her club first, she is also excited by the progress of the Alas program, acknowledging the national team's recent improvements and increased international recognition. She is expected to eventually join the national team training sessions in the coming weeks.
