Off the beaten path.
One of the toughest bikepacking routes I’ve experienced - the Tudaya trail to Mt. Apo. It used to be one of the longest and hardest trails to Mt. Apo summit, but it was also my favorite because it passed by Tudaya Falls—said to be one of the tallest waterfalls in Davao region. Sadly, the trail was closed to mountaineers in 2005 after a hydropowerplant was built, using the falls as its main source.

Last weekend, we went bikepacking to Mt. Apo’s Colan base camp and exited through Baracatan via Tudaya Falls, thinking the old trail from Kapatagan to Baracatan might still exist. But after 20 years of being closed, the trail had turned into wild forest. What was once a known route had truly become an off-the-beaten path adventure.

Bbreak in Taiwan 🇹🇼. Thank you .etc for tagging us. 🚵‍♂️🗺

More snippets from Taiwan during my ride to Tamsui + a visit to — easily one of my favorite spots in Taipei. ✨

Only had 5 days but somehow, I experienced all the craziness of the weather. It was sunny, cloudy, then rainy. On my last day, it was 17 degrees! My Pinay skin cannot… so I quickly changed to pants. 🥶

Our Cadet Bag has reached Alaska!🚵‍♂️
Thank you so much Ryan Burns for taking us along on your adventure ride! 🙏🗺🚵‍♂️

I love bike touring in other countries—but nothing beats summers in Alaska. Remote gravel roads, endless daylight, and pure solitude. This shorter trip from Fairbanks to Circle was rugged, remote, and absolutely unforgettable. Gravel, rivers, and not a soul in sight for miles. Just how I like it. 🏔🚴‍♂️🌲 .bikepacking
