Skate Mania Davao is ON! 🛼🔥
Davao Quad Squad is partnering with Mellow Events & Workshop to bring you this exciting skating activity! Skaters of all levels are welcome, whether you’re a beginner who wants to learn, or an experienced skater looking to meet new people and find new skating buddies, this is the right space for you!

Note:
Online registration will close on September 17, Thursday, at exactly 3:00 PM. No walk-ins will be accepted. However, if you simply want to drop by the venue to see us and check out the activity, you’re definitely welcome!
⚠️ ACTIVITY GENERAL RULE ⚠️
1. All participants must have their own gear (Pair of roller skates/rollerblades/inline skates)
2. Safety Protective gear, helmet is mandatory. (knee/elbow pads, wrist guards are optional)
3. All participants must successfully submit/fill out an online registration form.
4. All Participants must fill out and submit a signed waiver form. (provided by the staff)
5. Minors must submit/fill out a signed waiver form/parental consent signed by their parents/guardian.
6. Safety officers/instructors have the right to assist or pull out unsafe skaters.
GUIDE FOR 18 YEARS OLD & ABOVE PARTICIPANTS:
Only those who have fully completed the online registration will be allowed to join the activity. Upon arrival, participants will receive a hard copy of the waiver, which must be filled out and signed. This will serve as confirmation of your participation and attendance. You have the option to download and print the waiver form, and bring it to the confirmation desk near the venue on the day of the event.
GUIDE FOR BELOW 18 YEARS OLD PARTICIPANTS:
Only those who have fully completed the online registration will be allowed to join the activity. If a parent/guardian is unable to attend, you must DOWNLOAD, PRINT, FILL-OUT and SIGN the waiver form and submit it to the confirmation desk near the venue on the day of the event along with the following hard copy documents:
A signed waiver form.
A handwritten parent/guardian consent letter, including details about the child.
If the parent or guardian is present on the event day, they must submit the following hard copy documents:
A signed waiver form. (we have available hard copies at the venue)
