Our Kids Pilates Group Class is specially designed for children ages 7–10 years old, helping them build strength, improve posture, enhance balance and coordination, develop focus, and become more mindful of their movements—all while having fun! ✨
Whether your child is active in sports or simply needs a healthy and engaging activity during the break, Pilates is a wonderful way to support their growing bodies and minds.

💛 Available until the end of July only!
✨ 5 Classes – ₱2,500
✨ 10 Classes – ₱4,750
Packages may be shared with siblings, cousins, or friends.

A beautiful journey into parenthood.
Instead of doing a duet class together, they each take their own Solo Pilates sessions — preparing differently, but growing together through this exciting chapter of becoming first-time parents.
Mum is preparing her body for a smoother and more mindful birth delivery, while Dad is strengthening his arms and endurance in preparation for carrying, caring, and supporting their firstborn soon. ✨
Pilates is truly for every stage of life — even the journey into parenthood.

Pilates is serious work — but we still smile through the burn.
At Align Pilates Studio, every movement is taught with intention, precision, and purpose. Pilates challenges strength, control, alignment, and focus — it is mindful work that asks the body to move intelligently, not just intensely.
But while the work is disciplined, the experience can still feel light, empowering, and enjoyable. The “burn” comes from muscles working deeply and correctly, while the smiles come from the joy of movement, the energy of the class, and the fulfillment of becoming stronger with every session.
