Ready to learn the game, put your skills to the test, and have some fun on the field? Come join STUFF (Santo Tomas Ultimate Frisbee Federation) for a two-day Ultimate Frisbee weekend! 🌱🥏

👥 Open for everyone — beginners to experienced players!
🥏 DAY 1 — OCTOBER 24
ULTIMATE FRISBEE SPORTS CLINIC
Never played Ultimate before? No worries! This day is all about getting familiar with the sport and learning the basics in a fun and hands-on way.
You can expect to learn about:
• What Ultimate Frisbee is and how the game works
• Basic rules and field setup
• Proper throwing and catching techniques
• Different types of throws
• Pivoting and maintaining possession
• Marking and basic defense
• Cutting and getting open
• Basic offensive and defensive positioning
• Field awareness and communication
• Movement and teamwork
• Spirit of the Game and fair play
• Basic game situations and drills
• And, of course, plenty of time to actually play and practice! 🥏
🥏 DAY 2 — OCTOBER 25
HAT TOURNAMENT
Time to put those learnings into action! 👀🥏
The Hat Tournament will give everyone the chance to apply what they learned during the clinic through actual games.
And yes, the Hat Tournament is OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS, not just Santo Tomas players! You can join whether you're from another club, city, or simply someone who wants to play.
Teams will be formed in Hat Tournament style, so come ready to meet new people, play with different teammates, and enjoy the game. 🤝
💰 HAT TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE: ₱50
Your ₱50 registration helps cover:

🏅 Award certificates
🎒 WHAT TO BRING
👕 Dark and light-colored jersey
👟 Cleats/rubber shoes
🧢 Cap + sunscreen
💧 Water bottle
🍴 Your own utensils for eating
🧴 Extra clothes/towel, if needed
🥏 And, most importantly, your willingness to learn and play!
Whether you're completely new to Ultimate or already have experience, come learn something new, sharpen your skills, and enjoy a weekend of frisbee with us. No pressure, just good games, new faces, and lots of discs flying around. 😂🥏
