The Philippine Aquatics MINDANAO proudly presents the 1 Mindanao Swimming Championships 2026, the premier swimming competition that will unite the finest athletes from across Mindanao in one historic event. The event will be hosted by Region XI.

For the first time, swimmers from Regions IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) will converge at the Digos Aquatic Sports Complex to compete in a celebration of excellence, friendship, and sportsmanship.

With an expected participation of over 1,000 swimmers, this championship is set to become the largest swimming event ever held in Mindanao, bringing together athletes, coaches, officials, clubs, schools, and families from across the island.

The 1 Mindanao Swimming Championships aims to strengthen the development of competitive swimming throughout Mindanao by providing athletes with a premier platform to compete, improve, and prepare for national and international competitions.

This championship also celebrates the unity of Mindanao through sports—bringing together communities, clubs, and regions with one common goal: to inspire excellence in every swimmer.
