Trek Speed Concept came in for just a check up. Everything looked all right almost brand new upon initial inspection but was hiding a damaged Di2 junction cable due to improper installation and routing in the aero bar section resulting to the crushing of the wires causing erratic shifting which can be a headache because on Triathlon bikes Di2 utilizes Shimano Synchro Shift technology. There’s no FD shifter, it automatically shifts the FD depending on the gear you’re utilizing on the cassette. Had to recruit expert diagnostic mechanic Varworx to help me isolate the issue on this one, shout out to Var, you’re the best!
Replaced Di2 junction cable, overhauled and replaced the housings and cables for worry free riding for Ironman preparation of Sir Sam. Thank you for trusting us sir.

Off center issue. Some bikes will have tuning issues due to frame damage. This example has probably chainstay damage. We tuned it to the preference of the customer but the exact shifting cannot be achieved.
