QUALIFICATION AND MECHANICS

❗❗❗❗❗PLEASE READ ❗❗❗❗❗

-Open to all LGBT Gay or Trans who is a Registered Resident ONLY of BARANGAY 5-A, BANKEROHAN.
-Must be at least 18 years old and above.
-Must be a resident of Barangay 5-A, Bankerohan atleast 6 months prior to the screening day.
-Have a good communication and social skills.
-Have good health condition and physically fit.
-Must be with good moral character

-Application forms are available at the Barangay 5-A,Bankerohan Barangay Hall (just approach any of the Barangay staff and Functionaries)
-Submit all necessary requirement to Barangay 5-A, Bankerohan Barangay Hall
-Submit the following requirement to Barangay 5-A, Bankerohan Barangay Hall on or before the Screening date - MARCH 23, 2023 :

1.Duly Filled-out application form
2.Recent colored photos - headshot and whole body (3R)
3.Poof of residency in Barangay 5-A, Bankerohan (Barangay or Purok Certificate / Photocopy of Voters ID)

ONLY THOSE WITH COMPLETE REQUIREMENT WILL BE ALLOWEXD FOR THE SCREENING

SCREENING DATE - MARCH 23, 2023
- Applicants must wear WHITE CASUAL DRESS high heels and light make up during the screening in BARANGAY 5-A, BANKEROHAN SEMINAR HALL (3rd Floor) on MARCH 23, 2023.
-Free Registration❗❗❗ 1:00PM to 5:00PM , Screening will start at exactly 6:00PM.
