sa mga MOTORIZED VEHICLES. Sana po maging bukas ang ating isipan ngayon para mas maintindihan natin kung bakit.

Ang MVUC kasi ay computed based on weight. This is a very obvious answer bakit sila nagbabayad. Ang bisikleta kasama ang rider nito ay negligible po ang weight compared sa motorized vehicles na pwedeng makaapekto sa road conditions (wear and tear).

Ang funds po collected sa MVUC ay napupunta po sa road maintenance, paglalagay ng traffic lights at road safety
devices/signages included na din po dito ang for the environment ( air pollution control).

So heto na po ang hinihintay na TANONG, " Bakit hindi kasama ang BIKE?"
Of course, hindi sila de makina, hindi sila MOTORIZED VEHICLES.
Wala silang carbon Emissions, no Air Pollution
Ang bigat ng isang bike kasama ang rider nito ay halos walang epekto sa integridad ng isang sementadong daan

Isipin niyo nalang po mga kasama nating gumagamit ng motorized vehicles,

nagbabayad po kayo ng MVUC kasi it is a safe way to say that you are paying because you are directly/indirectly contributing to the wear and
tear of our roads, at the same time, polluting the air.
