It's a lesson that should be taught to everyone from an early age. But unfortunately this is not always a given and we see racial injustices every day.

I never had to deal with racism during all my years of Taekwon-Do practice, on the contrary it made me discover different cultures and traditions (I discovered Polish pirogis, danced the sirtaki, and many others...).

Taekwon-Do or other martial arts is a good way to eradicate racism because whatever our race or social status, we are all equal, we all have to sweat and make the same effort to progress.

This effort that unites us as human beings is strengthened by the fact that we all wear the same outfit so that neither our status or political opinion shows through.

I am happy to be part of this family and it is our duty to convey this message of peace through martial arts!
