Today, our faculty and staff came together for a refreshing Yoga session as part of the Sports and Wellness Festival 2026. Through mindful movement and relaxation, participants embraced the importance of physical wellness, mental clarity, and inner balance.

A Journey Through Wine
Our 2nd Year Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Management 1A students participated in a hands-on Wine Tasting session under the guidance of Ms. Juliet Roque at the Oenology Laboratory, where they explored the fundamentals of wine and its unique characteristics.
Through this learning experience, the students gained practical knowledge and developed a deeper appreciation of wine, further strengthening their culinary education.
