Let’s step back from the panic and fear-mongering. The best way to prepare and put up a fight is to arm ourselves with clear, rational thinking. And some cleaning supplies. While rubbing alcohol and tissue paper are flying off the shelves, these are being ignored. Alcohol is okay when you’re out and about and running water is nowhere in sight, but good old-fashioned soap is a much better option to kill those germs and virus from your skin. Bleach is pure gold when killing medical-grade bacteria and virus (as attested and used by hospitals and medical clinics), plus they’re much cheaper than Lysol, too. And if you want to clean surfaces easily (and also not ruin colored fabrics/surfaces which bleach does), mix disinfectant with water, put it in a spray bottle, and with a clean rag, it is more than enough to kick those COVID19 off to kingdom come. We would like to suggest Mr. Muscle (which has chemicals that also kill 99.9% of vile stuff) in “I Love You” so it won’t leave the nauseating antiseptic smell, but a fabric softener scent.🌸 All of these are stocked up at our clinic and center, along with our industrious, diligent, and clear-thinking staff who are now at the OCD levels of cleaning. And yes, we do sing 2 happy birthdays, even if our kids keep on complaining it’s not their birthdays.🥳 We got you covered, boo!💪🏼
