DAY 28. WHY BOXING?
1. Full-body workout. Trains arms, shoulders, core, back, and legs all at once.
2. Burns more calories fast. Keeps your heart rate high with constant movement and punches.
3. Builds strength and endurance. Not just cardio, it develops power and stamina together.
4. Improves coordination and reflexes. You move, react, and think at the same time.
5. Better stress relief. Punching helps release tension and mental stress.
6. Easier to stay consistent. More engaging than running or treadmill workouts.
Boxing is often considered a better form of cardio than many traditional options like running, cycling, or steady-state machines because it trains the body in a more complete and functional way.
