📍 02/14 — Day 7: Practice Match 02 🩷

With limited time left to hone their skills, strategize with their teams, and have fun together as a team, the participants celebrated Valentine’s 💕— or Chemistry Day 🧪— on the court as it was their last practice match together. Laughter filled the air as service errors happened here and there. Despite having a continuous exchange of errors, participants were determined to have a wonderful play together in preparation for the tournament.

As the last practice match concluded, our participants prepared themselves as they would go head-on against each other with the tournament coming closer.

Be prepared and watch the skills that they’ve learned as 𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀 will have their tournament this coming February 21, 2025. We can’t wait to see you on court!

📍 01/24 — Day 6: Practice Match 01

This session was all about action and connection! Our participants hit the court for practice matches, putting their hard-earned skills to the test.

But it wasn’t all about the game— it was also about coming together as a team. Meeting their teammates, sharing their strategies, improving their skills, and building chemistry on and off court made the day even more special.

📍 01/17 — Day 5: Blocking & Spiking

Stretch those hamstrings, everyone! 🦵

In this session, participants worked on their flexibility, reaching as high as the net to block incoming attacks and jumping as high as they could to spike the balls. The warm-up was a good stretch to prepare for the action ahead. With the tournament drawing closer, the basic skills are almost complete! 💯

📍 12/06 — Day 3: Juggling

𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀’s third session ends with ✨high spirits✨ as the participants start a new move called juggling. They have showcased great performance 🕺🏼 in learning this technique and seem excited to learn more! The participants also joined the relay drills conducted later in the afternoon, collaborating with the other members and soon-to-be teammates! 🤼‍♂️🤼‍♂️

The participants are now in the middle of their basic training! 🤸‍♂️ And with that, they continue to grow 🌱 and progress ⭐️, showing enthusiasm and excitement for what’s coming!
