For those in Davao City, we highly recommend availing of our FREE rider service for faster distribution.

For shipments, Tracking Numbers will be sent to your provided contact numbers once available. Shipping is also FREE.

For pickups, we will sort and pack and update the pickup point within this week. You may also switch to our rider service if you prefer.

UPDATE

Our Medals and Towels arrived in Davao City last December 26.

However, due to the long government holiday from December 24 to January 4, Customs have yet to process our cargo. Government offices will be back in office on January 5.

We will post an update when our cargo will be released from Customs. When released, we will ship and deliver for free, to all participants.

We truly understand your frustration and concerns over the long delay of our medals and towels.

We are expecting the arrival of our cargo at the Port of Davao by December 20. However, it will still undergo Customs Clearance and Processing.

In case our cargo will be released over the holidays, our team will work overtime to deliver and ship them out.

All shipments and deliveries of the medals and towels will be free of charge.

Moreover, we would like to address comments alleging that we did not order the medals ahead of the race. We ordered these a few weeks after we opened registration, with estimated arrival end of October to first week of November. Absolutely no organizer would order medals after or even a week before the event.

The long delay is only due to the holding of the cargo ship for accident investigation. We expected it to be released earlier and in time for race day but it was held longer than expected. Our cargo was onboard the vessel Wan Hai A17. It was eventually released end of November. The cargo was already transferred to another ship bound for Davao port.

Again, we wish to emphasize that the severe delay is due to an unfortunate, and isolated case of a shipping collision and the subsequent accident investigation.

MERCHANDISE and VIRTUAL LEG 1 KITS

Unclaimed pre-ordered merchandise and Virtual Leg 1 kits are available to deliver within Davao City and nationwide shipping. If you haven’t received it yet, message us to know status of your shipment.

Virtual Leg 2 kits will be sent as soon as the medals and towels arrive.

Those who registered for both Virtual Leg 1 and Leg 2, your kits will be sent together.

Select merchandise are also available, with free scheduled delivery within Davao City. We can also ship nationwide.
