Study shows that 9/10 people with terminal diseases would rather die than CHANGE their lifestyle.
Same concept goes with Fitness. The issue is not that people don't want the results, the issue is that people don't want to go through CHANGE.

Bounjour!

As part of my journey to help and inspire others, I'm now giving out free online fitness coaching!

I will give 1 month of intensive coaching specific to meal plans, workout routines, weight loss and muscle building to 3 individuals. After 1 month, whoever improved the most will ave another 1 month of free coaching.

Get rid of those "man b***s" or "b**** t**s". Let's start with the oils you use...ehem, cooking oil for the most part.(What were you thinking???)

Almost all vegetable oils are mostly polyunsaturated fatty-acids. And the worst choice of all are those that are mainly comprised of omega-6 fatty-acids.

You see, the human body operates better when we keep the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio around 1:1 to 1:2. The average American now has this ratio at 1:16 which increases systemic inflammation and oxidative stress.

I recommend you limit the use of vegetable oils in general and when you use them, go for coconut oil, palm oil, avocado oil, or olive oil.

After several years researching what type of male body is considered most attractive and what he discovered made a lot of sense: the proportions of the body were much more important than the size or height (as per the Author).
