𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

After days that shook not just the ground but also our spirits, we pause, not out of weakness, but out of wisdom. At Sakya, we believe that rest is not the absence of learning; it is part of it. It’s in stillness that hearts recover, minds reset, and strength quietly rebuilds.

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗦:
• 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 31, 2025 – 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙉𝙤𝙣-𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮
• 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 14, 17–18, 2025 – 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠

Looking forward for these breaks, not just to pause, but to breathe, to heal, and to return stronger and steadier.

Letters were flying, timers were ticking, and everyone was trying their best to spell something—anything! 😂 From “cat” to “onomatopoeia” (okay maybe not), the competition got real fast! 🏁💬

Huge thanks to 𝙈𝙨. 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙮𝙣𝙚 𝙇𝙪𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙤 for turning confusion into fun and making our brains work overtime—in the best way possible! 🤯💡

Can’t wait for the next round of word wars! 🔤🔥

Students got to dive into the world of Scrabble — learning cool tricks, mastering word strategies, and discovering that every tile counts when it comes to spelling your way to victory! 🏆 From friendly matches to fun challenges, the room was filled with excitement, laughter, and a whole lot of wordplay energy! 💬🔥

This activity not only sharpened their vocab and critical thinking skills, but also reminded everyone that learning can be both 𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘶𝘯 when shared with awesome people. ❤️Truly, learning is more fun when it’s spelled 𝙎-𝘾-𝙍-𝘼-𝘽-𝘽-𝙇-𝙀! 🔠💡

Here’s to more games, more words, and more fun with the Board Games Club! 🙌🎯

📚✨ 𝙻𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙱𝚎𝚢𝚘𝚗𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙲𝚕𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚛𝚘𝚘𝚖! 🎲

On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the students of 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙖𝙠𝙮𝙖 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙤, 𝙄𝙣𝙘. enjoyed a fun-filled and meaningful 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 as they were introduced to the classic strategy board game, the 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙨.

This activity was made even more engaging with the guidance of our speaker, 𝙈𝙧. 𝙓𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙇. 𝘿𝙚𝙂𝙪𝙯𝙢𝙖𝙣, who shared not only the mechanics of the game but also valuable lessons about 𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮. Through the activity, our students experienced how learning can be combined with play—encouraging teamwork, sharpening decision-making skills, and developing sportsmanship.

The 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙨 challenged our young learners to think ahead, analyze situations, and apply strategies—all while having fun with their classmates. Truly, this is a wonderful reminder that education is not confined to books alone but can also be found in experiences that inspire creativity and collaboration.

A big thank you to 𝙈𝙧. 𝘿𝙚𝙂𝙪𝙯𝙢𝙖𝙣 for sharing his time and knowledge with us. The students walked away not just entertained, but enriched with skills they can use both inside and outside the classroom. 🙌

A huge thank you to our amazing presenters 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 and 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚 for leading our 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩! 🏆✨
With their patience, skill, and passion for the game, our members learned the fundamentals — from the moves of each piece to the strategies that bring victory. 🏰♜

The workshop didn’t just teach us how to move the pieces, but also 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 — planning ahead, anticipating moves, and making smart decisions. 💡♟

👏 Hats off to everyone who participated! The lessons learned today will surely level up our game in future matches. 🚀
