Barkada Pizza Run on October

Davao City - Close to 1,500 runners are expected to answer the starting gun when the Barkada Pizza Run reels off this October 2026 on and out and back course starting at the Bago Aplaya, Coastal Road Esplanade parking area.

“Registration is still ongoing for the 3K, 5K and 10K race routes until September 24. Race proper will be on October 24 at 5 a.m.,” said Ivann Dellumes, representative of presenter Bueno Pizza House Corp. on Thursday’s 13 August Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum.

Race organizer Richard Comajig also added that these runners will come mostly from Southern Mindanao.

Registration is pegged at P1,400 for 10K, P1,100 for 5K and P850 for 3K.

Proceeds of the run will go to the House of Hope Foundation. (Jon Develos)
