She's good. Home recovering. 4 broken ribs. Lacerated Liver, blood transfusion, and a small pneumothorax.

A normal day riding at the same trail as usual but then got a surprise thankfully he is okay 😅🤘

These guys insanely quick reflexes saved them from a lot of crashes 🤘, , , , , 🤙

Meanwhile our XC friends having fun in the wetlands 😅🤘

Hopefully rampage this year brings up the level of talents and less crashes and injuries 🤘🤙
