𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Gabrielle Monica Bidaure (Archery)

With a gold and a silver medal hatch at the 2018 Batang Pinoy edition, Gabrielle Monica Bidaure became a mainstay to the country’s national team for archery competing in various international events.

Hailing from Dumaguete City, the 21-year old archer shocked the Southeast Asian region when she took a shot on gold medal at the women’s individual recurve team against the hosts Vietnam at the 31st SEA Games along with Pia Elizabeth Bidaure and Phoebe Nicole Amistoso.

Just months after the regional meet, she proved that her capacity can also compete among Asia’s top archers. Gabrielle then captured the silver medal in the women’s recurve individual at the 2022 Asia Archery Challenge in South Korea.

With her fruitful international achievements at a young age, Gabrielle proves that she has more than enough to deliver for the country. With her older sister Pia also wearing the national colors, Bidaure sisters prove that the future is bright for Philippine archery.

7 Filipino Archers will represent Team Philippines 🇵🇭 at the 19th Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou , China 🇨🇳.Olympic slots will also be available for 2024 Paris Olympics.
