Farmer’s Carry = 💪💪💪

💪 The Farmer's Walk is a full-body strength exercise that involves walking while holding a pair of heavy dumbbells or kettlebells at your sides, challenging the forearms, hands, shoulders, core, hips, and legs to work together throughout the movement.

Holding heavy weights for an extended time requires continuous grip effort, which helps strengthen the muscles of the hands and forearms while also improving grip endurance and overall upper-body stability when practiced regularly.

Although stronger forearms and improved grip can contribute to better wrist stability during lifting, there is no evidence that Farmer's Walks make the wrists "virtually immune" to injury, as injury risk also depends on technique, training volume, recovery, and individual factors.

To perform the exercise, choose a pair of dumbbells you can carry with good posture, stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and core engaged, walk 20–40 meters or for 30–60 seconds, complete 3–5 rounds, and rest for 60–90 seconds between sets while maintaining controlled breathing and steady steps.
