A meaningful day of leadership, learning, and sportsmanship unfolded at the ISU-E Amphitheater on August 19, 2026, as the Student Athlete Officiating Association (SAOA) brought student-athletes together for β€œBEYOND THE WHISTLE: SAOA LEADERSHIP AND OFFICIATING ORIENTATION.”

From gaining insights into effective leadership to strengthening knowledge and skills in officiating, the event highlighted the importance of discipline, integrity, teamwork, and responsibility both on and beyond the playing court.

Carrying the vibrant flags of various ASEAN member-nations, our hardworking SAOA Executive Board and Officers showcased unity, cultural appreciation, and leadership inside and outside the sports arena.

The Student Athlete Officiating Association (SAOA) is proud to recognize the collaboration of Ref. Erica Petil Pendon, Certified Level 1 Referee of the Philippine Pickleball Federation and Head of Baseline Philippines, with our SAOA officers during the HOMECOURT CLUB TOURNEY 3.0.
